Name Grace Bay if the room is the week and the car or cay boat is the extra. Name Cockburn Town only if the domestic seat is already bought. A cruise passenger already has a cabin. December to April is the dry, high window. Grace Bay rooms sell first then, and leftover singles pay the walk-up. Months outside that window are a different humidity and a different storm conversation. Say the month you bought.

A week is Provo, the car, and maybe one boat day. Ten days if Grand Turk is a real second island with seats already paid. Five days is Grace Bay plus one cay. Trying to collect every named cay in the title is how you argue at the airport ticket desk.

Why is Cockburn Town a different island, not a Provo afternoon?

Cockburn Town sits on Grand Turk. It is the capital, Front Street, the national museum, and a slower clock than Grace Bay Road. Cruise ships use a purpose-built dock on that island. Walking off a ship for a few hours is not a stay. If you want the capital, you book the domestic seat from Providenciales, then a Grand Turk room, then maybe the short ferry toward Salt Cay if that hull is real.

From Provo, the quieter water is a different product: a rental car to another Provo beach, or a boat from Leeward toward North Caicos or a small cay. That boat is a day you can share. It is not Cockburn Town. Find someone to travel with in Turks and Caicos only after that split is honest, or you will wait at Walkin Marina with someone who packed for a capital they cannot reach without a plane.

What should a travel companion already have written down?

Write Providenciales or Grand Turk. Write Grace Bay if that is the bed. Write whether the extra is a rental car or a cay boat. Write "cruise dock is a no" if you are staying, not docking. Write December to April if that is your window. A listing that only says beach week will pull the ship-day person, or the leftover who wanted Grand Turk and thought it was a taxi.
