How do I contact TravelBFF?

Contact TravelBFF in the Mini App or on the @travelbff Telegram channel. There is no public phone number and no separate media inbox. If another traveller is harassing you, scamming, or just being a creep, don't write us a novel first. Open their profile in TravelBFF and tap report or block. That is the fast way, because the report is already tied to their account. The Mini App opens as a Telegram Mini App from @travelbffbot. If you just want the people who run this, hop into the channel. Press or partnership notes can go there too. Want something deleted? Start on the privacy page, then name the Telegram account. Do not paste a login code.

Want the people who run this? Hop into @travelbff. That's where we post notes and reply in public. Use it if you're not inside the Mini App.

How do I delete my stuff?

Want to know what we store, or want it gone? Start on the privacy page. If the in-app buttons aren't enough, write us on the channel and name the Telegram account you used. Don't paste a login code. A message that just says “delete me” with no handle? We can't find you from that.

Press or partnership notes can go to the channel too. There isn't a separate media inbox.

What should I never send?

Don't send government IDs, card numbers, or one-time Telegram login codes to anyone who messages you first. We will never ask for a login code. More on the safety page. Legal text lives on privacy and terms.
