How does TravelBFF work?

TravelBFF works in three taps inside Telegram. Open the Mini App from @travelbffbot. Say the city you are in tonight, or the country and dates you already booked. Then talk. A hangout is coffee or a walk, with a meet pin and a listing life of 6, 12, or 24 hours. A trip is the week. Chat stays in Telegram. Request, then accept, for a one-to-one. Nothing new to install. It is a Telegram Mini App, not a store download. People are city only. Hangouts have a pin. Women-only is a setting before anyone chats. First meet belongs in public. If they want your number first, that is a no. Keep bookings in your own name until you trust them. Telegram People Nearby closed in 2024. This is not that list. Opening the Mini App is free. The nearby list is capped by tier. Creating a trip or hangout needs a higher tier. The Mini App has no dating mode. If that is the search you typed, use the dedicated landing.

How do you open it?

A Mini App. Tap @travelbffbot. Telegram already knows you. Nothing from a store. A country page opens already pointed at that place. Japan lands on Japan.

What do you say first?

If you are in town tonight, say the city. If the tickets are already bought, say the country and the dates. Hiking and a club week are different people, so say which one you packed for. Nearby is just people in the same city. A hangout can drop a pin for the cafe. Women-only is a switch you flip before anyone joins.

Then what happens?

Maybe you start with coffee if you are already in town. Maybe you plan the week you booked. You talk in Telegram first. If they push for your number before you have even said hello, that is usually a no. When you meet, pick a cafe or a square you would take anyone.

You don't need a two-week itinerary. Coffee. A walk. A night out. That's telegram friend finder, not a live pin on your hotel. A hangout can show a meet pin. When you do meet, pick a cafe or a lobby you would take anyone. Read safety.

After you match

What should you agree first?

Keep bookings in your own name until you trust them. Use the trip chat so both of you can scroll the plan. If it goes wrong, report and block. Contact is how you report. The how-to is how to find travel friends.
