What are the TravelBFF terms of use?
TravelBFF terms of use are the house rules for travelbff.org and the TravelBFF Mini App. The website tells you about the product and sends you into Telegram. The Mini App is where you actually match. Both are provided as-is. TravelBFF is not a carrier, hotel, insurer, or tour operator. You book and travel at your own risk. Other users are not employees or agents of TravelBFF. You have to be old enough to use Telegram in your country, and old enough to enter a contract. The Mini App is for travel companions and city hangouts. You have to be 18 or older. It is not for exploiting minors. The Mini App has no dating mode. People who typed that search should read the dedicated landing. Telegram's terms of service still apply to the messenger itself. We operate the Mini App after launch. Deep links into @travelbffbot from this site are the intended way to open the product.

Who may use TravelBFF?
Age and purpose
You have to be old enough to use Telegram in your country, and old enough to enter a contract. The Mini App is for finding travel companions and city hangouts, not for exploiting minors. If you are not sure you meet that bar, do not use it.
What is acceptable use?
- Come here to find company for a trip or a hangout.
- Do not harass, stalk, scam, or sexually coerce anyone.
- Do not collect other people's data to spam them.
- Do not post illegal content or pretend to be another person.
- Do not enter a women-only trip or hangout if you are not a woman.
- Do not ask for Telegram login codes, seed phrases, or money-as-trust.
- Do not use the product as a mass spam cannon.
Who pays if a meeting goes wrong?
If you meet someone, that is your call. Follow the safety guidance. Split costs you can both verify. TravelBFF is not a party to your hostel booking and will not refund a stranger who disappeared.
When can an account be banned?
Break these terms or the spirit of a travel-companion space and we can suspend or ban the account. We do not have to give a public explanation that would help the next scammer. Free access can change; Donor and Premium perks, if you use them, are extra and may change. The nearby list is capped by tier.
Who owns the brand and the photos?
TravelBFF, the site, and the Mini App interface are ours. We operate them. You keep the rights to photos and text you upload, and you give us permission to host them so other users can see your profile and trips. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use. Do not scrape the Mini App to build a competing list of travellers.
Deep links into @travelbffbot from this site are the intended way to open the product. Cloning the Mini App, phishing the bot username, or running a lookalike “support” account is a ban and may be a crime.
What is this site allowed to claim?
Country pages and guides are just information. They are not visa or insurance advice. Check official sources before you fly. The about page states we do not invent user counts. Privacy covers data. Contact is how to reach operators.
