If you are looking for travel companion overlap on the same circuit, say it that plainly: Erbil and Sulaymaniyah, or the southern river towns, and the same advice page opened the week you fly. This is not a way to talk someone into a country their advice forbids.
Arabic and Kurdish are the working languages. English appears in hotels in Erbil more often than it does on a Euphrates riverfront. The Iraqi dinar is the cash you actually count. Baghdad is the capital on the map. It is not automatically the first night you should advertise.

If one of you wants a doorway paragraph about ancient ruins and the other wants a named circuit plus the same advice page, you are not talking about the same trip yet.
Say on the profile which circuit you already chose, the languages you actually speak, whether you smoke or drink, a couple of photos, and the date printed on the advice page you opened. That is enough for someone to see if they are packing for highland nights in Erbil, or for a Shatt al-Arab river week, and not for a ziggurat they cannot reach.
