Boats or Lapland: who are you looking for in Sweden?

If you are going to Sweden with someone, the useful question is boats or Lapland, not "Nordic vibes." The week gets easier when the other person already holds the same archipelago sailing or the same night-train berth, because those cabins and couchettes are built for two.

Sweden is a long country. Stockholm is islands, ferries, and design shops. The archipelago is a boat timetable.
